Then I came to your main page. I'll be back very soon! You know what I started doing to roast garlic - I peel it, cut it into smaller pieces, put it in some tin foil, drizzle olive oil over it, close up the tin foil, and bake it at 350 for about half an hour. I find it so much easier than leaving the skins on and having to peel them off later.
