Blueberry Lemon Muffins


2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 Tbls. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup light cream (or milk)
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients; stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into 18 greased muffin cups. Bake
at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.

    I have a question for you. How did you do the sidebar "click on the button to view my main blog" so that when you click on the picture, it brings up the other website? I have no clue how to make one on my own site as I have 2 sites, as well.

  3. I decided to use a picture of a lighthouse instead since that is the background picture for my main blog site. I emailed it to you so you should have it! :)
