Tomatoes
Red Wine vinegar
salad oil
oregano
Cut tomatoes. Drizzle with Red wine vinegar, and oil. Sprinkle with oregano. Salt and pepper to taste.
*You can substitute apple cider vinegar if you choose to do so.

Ooooooo....this looks yummy!! I love eating vegetables (I hardly eat meat anymore because it is too expensive!) and this looks really good!! Mmmm..... :)
Oh, I do have one quick question. The salad oil - is there such a thing as a plain salad oil or is it just whatever flavor? (i have never cooked with salad oil before!)
You may use olive oil, vegetable oil, canola, whatever you like best!
