Garlic Green Beans

This recipe is a real hit with all who have tried it, and it's so easy!

Fresh green beans
olive oil
Kosher salt
lemon juice
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Wash the beans and remove the ends and strings, if there are any. Leave them whole, for they will be less watery that way. Drop the beans into a pot of boiling water. Cook for 5-10 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain. Drizzle with olive oil, and lemon juice. Toss with minced garlic and Kosher salt.

When I cook green beans, I usually will add some onion salt into the pot when cooking them. Mmmmm....
I will have to try this way, as well. :)
