2 cans whole kernel corn, with juice
2 cans cream style corn
1 stick margarine, sliced
1 cup sour cream
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
Into your crockpot, pour all cans of corn. Whisk in sour cream. Distribute pats of margarine, and add corn muffin mix. Mix well. Cover and place on high about 3 hours until pudding is set.
