Tender Baked Mustard Chicken

boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbls. prepared mustard
1 Tbls. apple cider vinegar
4 Tbls. butter, softened
bacon slices
shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 375 F. Place chicken in the baking dish. Mix the butter, mustard, and vinegar. Spread mixture over the chicken. Top each piece of chicken with two bacon slices. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Top each piece of chicken with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake another 5 minutes.
