Spanish Rice

4 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 pounds ground meat ( I use a combination of beef and turkey for cost effectiveness)
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
29 oz. crushed tomatoes

Saute ground meat, onion, and green pepper in a large skillet until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Add crushed tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add cooked rice. Stir well.

This is better if it sits for awhile before serving.
