Ground Beef Casserole for the Crock Pot

1 1/2 pounds ground meat
6-8 potatoes, washed and sliced
1 medium onion, diced
1 -14 1/2 oz. can green beans with juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 - 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup

Crumble uncooked ground beef in the bottom of the crock pot. Add potatoes, onions, salt and pepper. Pour green beans over all. Spread soup over beans. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

I thought I made this up! Great comfort food. Sometimes I add a splash of worchestershire sauce.
