Meatloaf


2 lbs ground meat
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup ketchup
3/4 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl combine meat, onion soup mix, eggs, ketchup, bread crumbs, and water. Shape into a loaf, and place in a baking pan. Bake about 45 minutes, or until done.

Hello Tracy! I really enjoyed reading your recipes and am planning on trying a few.

This meatloaf recipe is a FAVORITE of ours. The only substitute I make is Hickory Flavored BBQ Sauce for ketchup. It really adds a sweet flavor to the meat.
