Roasted Asparagus
1 bunch asparagus
kosher salt
olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Wash the asparagus. Snap off the hard ends. Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up. lay asparagus out on foil covered tray. Drizzle with olive oil and 1 teaspoon kosher salt. Place in oven for 8 minutes. Remove from oven, and turn asparagus making sure that all is covered lightly in oil. Bake 6 minutes more.

Asparagus is at a good price right now (for us out here on the left coast). I'm thinking this is a good way to try it. :o)
OH yummy! I wish I had this recipe when I made fresh asparagus. I just boiled my. Yours looks much better.
