Yogurt

8 c whole milk
1/2 c. plain yogurt
3 Tbls. nonfat dry milk


Preheat crockpot on low. 
Heat milk on stove top to 200 F, stirring constantly as not to burn. Place warmed milk in crockpot, and let cool to 115 F. Whisk in yogurt, and dry milk. Cover. 

Unplug crockpot, and wrap in bath towels. Let rest for 8 hours. 

Refrigerate. If desired, line colander with coffee filter, and set over a bowl. Spoon yogurt into colander, and let whey drain.
