Oriental Salad


3# bag of coleslaw mix, OR large head of Napa cabbage

Crunchies:
1 stick butter
2 pkgs. ramen noodles, with seasoning, broken into small pieces
2 T. sesame seeds
1 small pkg. almonds

Melt butter and brown all crunchy ingredients. Cool.

Dressing:
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 T. sesame oil
1/2 c. rice vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. soy sauce

Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Cool.

Toss cabbage, crunchies, and dressing together just before serving.

Thank you. I'm going to marinade chicken breasts today and grill later on to add to this salad.

MMMN! I love this salad.

My kids love to eat cooked Ramen noodles too.
