Pork Fried Rice

4-5 pork chops, cut into cubes
4 cups cooked rice
1 dozen eggs
4 onions, diced
2 cans mushrooms, drained

In a large skillet, brown pork and onions in butter until moisture evaporates. Beat eggs, and pour over pork and onions. Stir until thoroughly cooked. Add a small amount of vegetable oil to the skillet, and fry rice with other ingredients. You may need to do this in batches.
