Cake

For now, this cake has no name. My sister in law made this for us while we were in Pennsylvania. YUM! And it's easy, too.

Bake a yellow cake. Let cool. Poke holes all over it. Pour one can of sweetened condensed milk over the cake. Pour a jar over caramel sundae topping over that. Chill. Top with Cool Whip, and mini chocolate chips. Store in refrigerator. Dawn said the recipe called for crushed Heath bars rather than the chocolate chips, but this is the way she made it.

I have made this with the heath. It's one of our favorites! I use the butterscotch/caramel topping as well and a german chocolate cake.

Okay, so it's somewhat different, but still the same....YUMMY!

Oh. Dear. Lord. I'm making this for sure and for certain! egads that looks good. Think I'll crush Butterfingers rather than use Heath or Chocolate Chips though. Yum.

Thank you! More importantly, my HIPS thank you! haha.

This almost sounds like a Dulce de Leche cake that is popular here in Texas. (it is Mexican)
