Chocolate Orange Macaroons


Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a bowl combine,
2 c. sweetened flaked coconut
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. fresh orange zest
1/8 tsp. salt

Stir in:
2 egg whites
2 Tbls. melted butter
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/8 tsp. orange extract

Fold in:
1/3 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Gently roll 24 balls of dough. Place 2" apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove to a wire rack.
Cool before serving.
